Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It has a lot going on but the deep brown ground holds it all together, so it actually settles better than you'd expect. In a smaller room, give it a clear wall and keep nearby surfaces calm. Avoid stacking it above heavily patterned upholstery or busy shelves — the piece wants a quiet stage.

Warm off-white, soft plaster pink, mushroom, or a deep clay wall all work well. The brown ground picks up warm walls beautifully. Cool grey walls can flatten it, and bright white can make the marks feel a bit shouty. If in doubt, go warmer rather than cooler.

No — those tones sit inside a warm brown field, so they read as accents rather than cool notes. They'll bridge nicely to terracotta, clay, camel and warm woods. If your room already has a strong cool blue elsewhere, this piece will pull it into a warmer conversation rather than fight it.
