    About This Art

Give the feature wall one hard decision, and let everything else relax. This is the loud piece in the room — a sunlit valley ride with deep green cypress, yellow fields and a band of lavender along the verge — so the sofa, the rug and the lamps can stay quiet around it. Hang it where people walk in: above a console in the hallway, at the top of the stairs, or on the long wall in a study. Pair with oak or walnut furniture, linen, woven rush and stoneware in warm earth tones. Skip busy floral wallpaper, dark moody panelling and other strong landscapes nearby — they'll fight for the same attention. Printed on premium fine-art paper, ready to frame or order framed in real wood.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the yellow as bright in person as on screen?

The yellow reads as a warm mustard rather than a neon — it's saturated but sits inside an earthy palette with deep green cypress and a washed blue sky. On a cream or off-white wall it feels sunlit and graphic, not loud. If your room runs very cool or grey, the warmth will stand out more, which is usually the point.

Will the cyclists still read at a distance?

Yes. The figures are small but their jerseys are picked out in clean blocks of red, white, green and blue, so the eye lands on them quickly even from across a room. From close up you see the riders and shadows; from further back the valley, cypress and yellow fields take over. It works at typical hallway and living-room viewing distances.

Does it need to be hung large to work?

It rewards size. The portrait composition has a lot going on — winding road, layered fields, cypress columns — so a large size on a feature wall lets each element breathe. Smaller sizes work above a desk or in a narrow hallway, but on a long wall above a sofa or console, go large for the full travel-poster effect.
