    About This Art

For a kitchen full of curves, this lemon branch brings the check. Loose pencil lines do the structure, yellow and dark green do the lift.

The room gets a fresh, slightly cheeky burst of colour without going twee. The cream background keeps things calm, so the yellows read as cheerful rather than loud.

It belongs above a kitchen counter, beside a breakfast nook, or on a narrow strip of wall in a sunny hallway. Eye-level is best — the linework rewards a closer look.

Pair it with pale oak, linen tea towels, stoneware mugs, terracotta pots, and a glazed jug or two. A chalky off-white wall lets the yellows sing. Stretched over a wooden frame and ready to hang.

We're serious about canvas art, ask away

From sizing to framing and print quality, Fab's art experts break it all down—so you can find the right art for your space.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Still not sure? Contact our team with a photo of your space and we'll tell you exactly what size will work.

    What's your return policy?

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

How yellow are the lemons in real life — will they dominate a small kitchen?

The yellow is warm and bright but only covers about a quarter of the print, with most of the background staying soft cream. In a small kitchen it reads as one confident accent rather than a full block of colour, so the wall still feels calm.

Does the loose pencil look messy up close, or intentionally sketchy?

Up close you can see the pencil texture inside each lemon and a few overlapping black contour lines, including one small orange scribble. It looks deliberately drawn rather than scribbled, so it reads as relaxed and handmade rather than rough or unfinished.

Will this work next to a window with strong daylight on it?

Yes. The cream background keeps the print from going flat in bright light, and the yellows actually lift in daylight. Hang it slightly to the side of a window rather than directly opposite, so reflections off the glazing don't fight the linework.
