    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Will the soft off-white background look grey on a bright white wall?

    The ground is a warm, slightly creamy off-white rather than pure white, so it tends to read as soft and paper-like next to bright modern white paint. On warmer plaster or limewash walls it blends in even more gently, letting the ink brushwork carry the contrast.

    Is there enough colour here for a mostly neutral room?

    The small red flashes at the birds' throats give the eye a quiet point of interest without adding a strong colour story. If your room is heavily neutral, this piece adds movement and depth through the inky brushwork rather than through colour, which keeps the overall scheme calm.

    Does it work in a landscape format above a bed or sofa?

    Yes — the three swallows are spread across the composition, so the landscape shape sits naturally above a headboard, sofa or low console. Aim for a piece roughly two-thirds the width of the furniture below, and leave generous bare wall around it so the brushwork has space to breathe.
