    About This Art

At evening, the star chart turns from nice idea to main character. The chalky cream border keeps it quiet by day, then the near-black circle takes over once the lamps are on. A room with a lot of pale wall and plain furniture gains a focal point without gaining noise — the shape is a circle inside a square, so it settles walls that feel unfinished. Hang it at eye level in a hallway, above a bedside table, or on a study wall beside shelving. Pair it with dark wood, matt black metal, oatmeal linen and grey stoneware. Don't crowd it with busy pattern or glossy gold accents; it wants space and one clean edge around it. As canvas, the matt surface softens the dark circle and cuts reflections.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the dark circle feel too heavy in a small bedroom?

It shouldn't. The chalky cream border acts as a buffer, so the black sits inside a lighter edge rather than running to the sides. In a small room, choose the medium size and leave clear wall on all four sides. Above a bedside table or a low chest is the easiest spot.

Is the word 'taurus' readable from across the room?

The lettering is small and lower-case, set below the constellation, so it reads as a detail rather than a headline. From a metre or two you'll see it clearly; from the far side of a large room it reads as a soft mark. If the wording matters to you, size up.

Can I mix this with the other zodiac signs without it looking mismatched?

Yes. Every sign uses the same circle-in-square layout, ruled border and charcoal-on-cream tones, so two or three hung in a row line up neatly. Keep the spacing even and the sizes identical, and hang them in a straight line rather than a staggered cluster.
