Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It's printed, not gilded — so it reads as warm gold rather than reflective metal. The texture and flecking from Klimt's original gold leaf are preserved, which is what gives it depth. Under warm lamplight it glows softly; under cool overhead light it reads more bronzed.

The full painting is shown, including the meadow of small flowers at the bottom and the cream border with the title, artist name and date. Nothing important is trimmed — the embrace, the patterned robe, and the gold ground all sit comfortably in frame.

Less than you'd expect. The pattern is dense but the colour palette is tight — gold, brown and cream — so it reads as one warm shape from across the room. In a small bedroom it adds cocoon rather than clutter, especially above the bed where you see it side-on most of the time.
