All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

• Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  
• We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  
• Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  
• Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Yes. The bold MATISSE lettering and the red border are part of the design — this is the exhibition-poster version of The Snail, not a plain reproduction of the cut-out alone. If you want only the cut-paper composition without the text, this isn't the right print for you.

It depends on the warm tone. The red sits happily against off-white, cream, soft plaster and pale oak. It can fight a strong terracotta or orange wall, where both reds compete. On cool greys, deep greens or navy it actually settles down and looks more grown-up than you'd expect.

The cut-paper blocks spiral loosely around the centre, so the eye lands in the middle and then drifts outward. It hangs well as a single piece centred on a wall. It doesn't pull left or right, which makes it easy to place above a sofa, bed or sideboard without having to balance it with a second print.
