    About This Art

Every house has a wall above the radiator that nobody knows what to do with. Give it this. A square sits happily over a radiator where a tall picture would look wrong, and the peach sky reads as heat even in January. Hang it in the back hall, the one with the boot bench and the dog lead, at eye level so you catch the orange of the tree every time you come in from the cold. Put painted tongue and groove behind it, off-white or soft grey, and a wooden bench underneath. The lavender in the ground stays gentle against grey walls and warms up next to cream. Keep the radiator plain white. Nothing else needs to go on that wall. On canvas the thick brushwork keeps its texture with no glass in the way.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the orange clash with a red brick or terracotta kitchen?

No, it sits comfortably with it. The orange here is soft and leans toward peach, so it reads as a relative of terracotta rather than a rival. The lavender and cream in the sky and ground give the eye a rest, which is what stops a brick kitchen from feeling like one long warm wall. Keep textiles in cream or oat and the balance holds.

What size works over a hall bench or console?

Aim for roughly two thirds the width of the bench or console beneath it. For a standard 100cm bench that means a square around 60 to 70cm, hung so the bottom edge sits about 20cm above the seat or top. Any smaller and the barn shrinks into the wall and the thick brushwork stops reading from the front door.

Does this feel too seasonal to keep up all year?

It carries September to January without effort, and most people leave it up. The pumpkins are small and low in the picture, so the sunset and the white barn do most of the work, and those read as a warm evening rather than a holiday. In summer it swaps neatly with something cooler if you want the change.
