It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It usually sits well. The background carries green and blue in it, so it reads slightly warmer than a flat grey wall and stops the two blending together. If your walls are a strong cool grey, a white frame gives a clean break. Against off-white or pale greige walls it looks softest of all.

On its own it works if you go medium or larger, so the bird's neck and legs stay readable from across the room. At smaller sizes it can look lost above a double bed. If you want more presence, hang two portrait pieces side by side with a small gap and treat this one as the anchor.

Yes, it's one of the better rooms for it. The cool blue and clean white suit tiling and brushed metal taps, and the simple subject doesn't fight small-room clutter. Hang it on a wall away from direct shower spray, at eye level beside the basin rather than above it.
