    At evening, the bird-and-botanical poster turns from nice idea to main character. Lamp light catches the gold leafwork and the dusty pink peonies stop reading as background and start running the room.

    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    What's your return policy?

    If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

    Will the dark background look too heavy in a small room?

    Not usually. The black ground actually makes a small room feel deeper rather than smaller, because the wall behind reads as recessed. It works best with warm lamp light rather than cool overhead lighting, and pairs nicely with one painted dark wall or rich timber furniture nearby.

    Is the 'William Morris' text part of the printed image?

    Yes. The typographic caption — 'Inspired by the Arts & Crafts Movement / William Morris / Studies in Botanical Ornament' — is part of the poster design and prints with the artwork. It sits in the cream border at the foot of the image, not on the artwork itself.

    Does the pattern get muddy at smaller sizes?

    The leafwork and feather detail are dense, so we'd point you towards the medium size or larger. At the smallest tier the bird still reads clearly, but the surrounding foliage loses some of its individual leaf shapes and starts to behave more like a textured background.
