    About This Art

Because William Morris knew restraint, the soft pink hits harder here. The peonies open big and slow against deep green leaves, with a single coral bloom anchoring the bottom corner.

Hang it and the room softens. The cream background settles into off-white walls and chalky plaster, while the deeper greens and reds give the room something to lean on. It feels lived-in rather than loud.

It works best on a bedroom wall above a low headboard, or in a country-leaning living room above a painted sideboard. A hallway with daylight suits it too.

Pair with linen, velvet, painted wood, aged brass, and warm reds or sages in cushions and rugs. Worn antiques look right next to it.

Don't sit it next to glossy, ultra-modern pieces — the hand-drawn line wants softer company. Framed behind acrylic glazing for a clean finish.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

I loved the print as it looked online

I loved the print as it looked online. The print I received had a very dark background that was grey/black. I expected a blue/black. It unfortunately did not work with the other poster I chose.

Beautiful picture. Love the scene and colours. Great quality and customer service. I have both this and the 'Dolce far niente' picture with oranges, in my kitchen. They look great together. Would recommend this company.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Is the soft pink in the print warm or cool?

It's a warm, dusty pink — closer to old plaster or faded rose than to bubblegum. It sits comfortably next to cream, sage and warm brown, and works well in rooms with off-white or chalky plaster walls. On cool blue-grey walls it can feel slightly off, so warm whites suit it best.

Will the busy composition feel overwhelming above a bed?

It's dense but the central white peony gives the eye a clear resting point, so it reads as restful rather than cluttered above a low headboard. Keep bedding plain — linen in oat or cream — and the print does the work without crowding the room. Avoid hanging it next to another busy pattern.

Does it work in a smaller room or only big walls?

A large print suits it best, but it still reads well at medium size on a narrower wall — a hallway or above a painted console, for example. The composition holds together at smaller scales because the central bloom anchors everything. Just give it around 70cm of clear wall width.
