How do I frame an art print?

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the bright pink feel too much in a small bedroom?

The pink is warm rather than electric, and the dark background keeps it grounded. In a small bedroom it reads as one confident hit of colour rather than a wall of pink, especially if the surrounding walls and bedding stay neutral. If your scheme is already pink-heavy, it will tip the room sugary.

Is the flamingo's eye visible, or is it hidden by the feathers?

Yes, the eye is clearly visible — pale yellow with a dark pupil — set into the head as the bird tucks its beak down into its chest feathers. It's a key part of why the piece reads as a portrait rather than just a nature shot, so it's worth hanging at or just above eye-level.

Does it work in a bathroom with steam and humidity?

Framed behind premium acrylic glazing, the print is well protected for a normal family bathroom. For a wet room or directly above a shower, we'd suggest the canvas option instead, or hanging on a wall that doesn't get hit with direct steam.
