How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Is the background a true cream or more of a warm beige?

It reads as a soft warm oat — slightly creamier than beige, but with enough warmth to sit on chalky off-white or cream walls without looking too pale. On cooler grey walls it will lean noticeably warm, which is part of the appeal in neutral rooms.

Does the 'William Morris' caption at the bottom feel too poster-like for a home?

It's set in a small, restrained typeface rather than a loud graphic — closer to an exhibition poster than a retail print. In a frame it reads as part of the composition, not a logo. If you prefer no text at all, this isn't the right piece.

Will the rust-red tulips clash with pink or terracotta in the room?

The red is warm and earthy rather than bright, so it sits well next to terracotta, dusty pink and clay tones. It can fight with cool magentas or hot reds, so keep nearby textiles in the same warm family.
