How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Will the dense pattern feel too busy in a small living room?

It can, if the rest of the room is also patterned. The print works best as the single bold thing on the wall, with quiet upholstery, plain curtains and one or two textured cushions picking up the soft pink or deep green. In a small room, give it a clear wall and resist adding more pattern nearby.

Does the poster text read clearly at smaller print sizes?

The title and exhibition details sit at the top and bottom in a clean serif, so they hold up at medium and large sizes. At small sizes the swan and floral pattern still read well, but the smaller print lines underneath the main heading can become harder to read close up — large is the safer pick for the full effect.

Will the soft pinks clash with warm wood floors and oak furniture?

No — the pinks here are dusty and muted rather than bright, and they sit alongside warm cream and deep green, which all flatter oak and walnut. It's actually a good match for traditional English country rooms with warm timber, linen upholstery and brass fittings.
