All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

• Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  
• We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  
• Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  
• Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It can, but the print really sings against warm backdrops — chalky off-white, soft sage, mushroom or a deeper heritage green. On a cool grey wall the cream paper can read slightly yellow, so add warm wood, linen or a brass lamp nearby to bridge the temperature and keep the room feeling settled.

The two bitterns and tall reeds give plenty of texture and detail to carry a medium-sized wall above a console, desk or sofa. For a very wide wall, hang it as part of a small cluster with another bird plate, a botanical study or an antique map rather than sizing up dramatically.

It leans country, traditional and dark-academia, but it can soften a sharp modern room when paired with warm wood, linen and a quieter wall colour. If your space is hard-edged white minimalism with chrome and gloss, a more graphic piece will likely feel like a better fit.
