All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

• Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  
• We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  
• Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  
• Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It holds up better than you might think. The background is a warmer, deeper beige than most cream paints, so you get a soft step in tone rather than a clash. The dark ink legs and the orange and navy wing marks do the real work, and they read clearly from across the room. On a white wall the contrast is sharper still.

The birds all travel roughly left to right and slightly upward, so the piece has a clear direction of flow. Hang it so the birds fly into the room rather than off towards a corner or a doorway. On a wall next to a window, letting them fly towards the light usually looks most natural.

It needs a bit of breathing space. There are eleven birds spread across the sheet, so at small sizes the thinner legs and beaks start to look fussy. In a small room, pick the largest size the wall can take and keep the area around it clear rather than going small and adding neighbours.
