How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Will the cool blue and green feel cold in a warm-toned room?
The print is mostly cool, but there's a small patch of warm brown in the rocks and plenty of soft cream that stops it reading icy. In a warm room with oak, linen and brass, it sits as a calm contrast rather than a clash — it cools the room down by about a half-step, not a full one.
Is this better as one big piece or hung with other Japanese prints?
It works best on its own. The composition is strong and the eye needs space to follow the water down. If you do want company on the wall, keep it to one quieter Japanese landscape further along — not directly beside it — and let this one lead.
Does the portrait shape work above a wide sofa or low console?
Above a console, yes — the tall shape fills the wall well. Above a wide sofa it can look narrow on its own. If the sofa is wide, consider a larger size, or skip it and use this in a hallway, study or bedroom where the vertical pays off.
