Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It can. The print leans firmly warm — gold, amber, rust — so it sits best in rooms with warm wood, cream walls, or earthy textiles. In a cool grey room it will read as the loud guest, which is fine if you want a single warm focal point, but not if you want it to settle in quietly.

It reads both ways. From across the room you see a forest at sunset with dark vertical trunks. Up close, the sky breaks into hundreds of small coloured circles. That's part of the appeal — it rewards a second look, but the overall shape carries from the doorway.

It works above a low headboard provided the rest of the bedroom stays calm — plain bedding, one bedside lamp, walls in a soft warm off-white. The print is busy, so let it be the only busy thing. Avoid patterned wallpaper or a second framed piece on the same wall.
