How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Does the print include the word 'Margate' on the artwork?
Yes. 'MARGATE' is set in a dark, classic serif across the lower portion of the design, with 'ENGLAND' in smaller letters beneath. The lettering is part of the artwork itself, not a separate label, and it sits below the seaside view rather than overlapping it.
Will the soft blue feel too cool in a north-facing room?
It tends to lift north-facing rooms rather than cool them down further, because the off-white background and warm sand tones balance the blue. If your room runs grey, pair the print with warm wood, linen and a soft lamp to keep the overall feel friendly rather than chilly.
Is this recognisably Margate or could it be any seaside town?
