    About This Art

Too much beige. Not enough soft grey-green. This fixes that. A hushed row of slim trees drifts through a brushy fog, painted in warm greys, cream and quiet brown. Hang it and the room settles: shoulders drop a little, corners feel softer, everything looks a touch more considered. Best above a bed, a low sofa or a slim console in a hallway, where you want calm rather than colour. Pair it with pale oak, washed linen, oat bouclé and stoneware in cream and clay. Aged brass or matte black hardware works well. Avoid crowding it with busy florals, glossy black-and-white photography or heavily saturated abstracts — the quiet is the point.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

Made responsiblyFSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will this look washed out on a warm plaster or off-white wall?

No. The tree trunks and grey-green shapes give it enough definition to hold its own against a warm plaster or chalky off-white wall. It won't disappear, but it also won't fight the wall — that's the appeal. If your walls are very dark, choose a lighter frame or hang it where softer light can reach it.

Does it need a companion piece or is it happier on its own?

It's happiest solo, with plenty of quiet wall around it — above a bed, a console or a low sofa. If you do want a pair or trio, keep the companions equally soft and neutral: an abstract shape study or a simple botanical in the same warm grey and oat family.

How large should I go above a standard double bed?

For a standard double or king headboard, size up rather than down. A large portrait piece, hung low so the bottom edge sits just above the pillows, gives the fog and negative space room to work. A small print will feel lost against the width of the bed.
