Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

The ochre wall takes up most of the picture, so the print does bring real warmth into a space. The two dark green cypresses and the strip of soft blue sky balance it, but treat this as a warm-leaning piece. It works best on a cooler wall — chalky off-white, soft grey or pale plaster — rather than competing with a yellow or peach wall.

Yes. The two cypresses run from near the bottom edge to the top, so the eye is pulled upward. That makes it a good fit for tall, narrow walls — between windows, beside a doorway, or above a slim console. It is less suited to short, wide walls where the verticality fights the proportions.

The brushwork is loose and the colours are quite painterly, so it sits more comfortably in organic-modern, Mediterranean and lived-in transitional rooms than in strictly minimal ones. Pair it with oak, linen and stoneware and it modernises easily. Hang it in a glossy ultra-modern setting and the painted surface can feel at odds.
