    About This Art

Most bedrooms are missing a bit of nerve. Everything is oat and white and sensible, and the wall above the bed sits empty because nothing felt brave enough. This is the brave thing. Hang it wide across the headboard and the room gets a night-time mood it never had, deep navy at the top, red and pink leaning in from below. The navy does something useful too. Against a warm white or plaster pink wall it reads as depth rather than darkness, so the bed feels tucked in instead of boxed in. Plain linen bedding, one mustard cushion, nothing else floral. It also earns a place over a dining table, where the yellow picks up candlelight well after dark. Go at least a metre wide. Smaller than that and the moon loses its say. On fine-art paper the brushwork stays crisp, and a black frame holds the edge of the night.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will all that navy make my bedroom feel dark?

Less than you would think. The navy sits in one block above the bed rather than wrapping the room, and the red, pink and yellow flower heads carry the eye along the bottom edge. Against a warm white wall it reads as depth, like a window onto a night garden. The room that struggles is one with grey walls and cool bulbs, where the blue turns heavy.

What size works above a king-size bed?

Aim for the width of the mattress or slightly less, so around 120 to 150cm across for a king. Because the format is twice as wide as it is tall, that gives you a piece only 60 to 75cm high, which clears the headboard without crowding the ceiling. Below a metre wide the flowers shrink to specks and the moon stops holding the top corner.

I already have a blue sofa. Will it clash?

It depends on the blue. A navy or ink sofa works well, because the sky in the painting is the same depth and the flowers become the accent for both. A pale or teal sofa fights it, as the two blues sit side by side and neither wins. If your sofa is light blue, hang this in the bedroom or dining room instead.
