    About This Art

Buy a cloud study for the story. Keep it for the dusty pink. This is one of Constable's on-the-spot oil sky studies — all weather, no ground — and it brings a slow, atmospheric feeling into the room. Hang it over a bed, a low sofa or a hallway console and the wall softens. The palette is quiet enough for pale plaster or warm off-white, and confident enough not to disappear. Pair it with linen bedding, oak or walnut timber, aged brass fittings and stoneware in earth tones. Avoid stacking it beside loud graphic prints, hot brights or busy patterned wallpaper — the brushwork needs a little breathing room. Printed on premium fine-art paper for a soft, museum-quality finish.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the dusty pinks and warm browns clash with cool grey walls?

They can sit against cool grey, but the artwork looks its best on warm off-white, cream or soft plaster walls. On cool grey the pinks and browns can feel slightly stranded, so consider a warm brown or oak frame to bridge the temperature, or place it in a spot with plenty of daylight.

Is it too moody for a bedroom?

No — the palette is muted rather than dark, so it reads calm and atmospheric rather than heavy. Hung above the headboard it settles the wall down without making the room feel gloomy, especially with linen bedding and warm lamplight nearby.

What size works best above a standard sofa or double bed?

Aim for a large size so the sky has room to breathe. Roughly two-thirds the width of the sofa or headboard is a good rule. Anything too small and the loose brushwork loses its atmospheric pull from across the room.
