Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

It can if the other pattern is a similar scale. The squares here are fairly large and hand-painted, so they sit best with plain fabrics or small, quiet patterns like ticking stripe or a simple check. If your rug is boldly patterned, hang this on a plain wall away from it and let each pattern have its own space.

The markings and stance read as a smooth-coated Parson or Jack Russell type terrier: black and tan head, white body with a black saddle, upright tail. It is a painted impression rather than a portrait of one dog, so most short-coated terrier owners recognise their own without expecting an exact match.

It holds up small because the dog fills the frame and the squares stay legible. A medium size suits a hallway or kitchen wall at eye level. Go large only if you are hanging it above a sofa or sideboard on a wide plain wall, where the pattern can be seen from further back.
