All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

• Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  
• We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  
• Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  
• Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Not in the way a flat grey would. The print carries enough warmth in the off-white paper tone and the brown of the rocks and shells to hold its own on a bright white wall, especially at eye level above a piece of furniture. If your walls are very high-key white and you want more punch, a thin black frame will sharpen the edges.

Yes. The palette is neutral enough to sit in hallways, studies and bedrooms that lean traditional, transitional or English-country, not just coastal. It reads as a vintage natural history plate first and a seabird second, so it slots in alongside botanical prints, old maps and antique books without feeling themed.

It can work above a bed, but it's strongest above a console, sideboard or low desk where the standing bird sits closer to eye level. Above a bed it reads best at medium scale and centred on the headboard, with a calm wall colour so the diving bird at the top doesn't feel cramped against the ceiling.
